The recognition is part of the Desert Sands Educational Foundation’s ‘Your Future Starts Here, Every Single Day’ Attendance Campaign, designed to complement and boost Dr. Carreon Academy’s strong ongoing efforts to promote attendance.

Regular attendance increases the likelihood that students will graduate, continue their education, and succeed in their careers and lives.

Students who maintain a high attendance rate also receive fun, superhero-themed attendance tags to collect throughout the year.
